Just the location-----there was a busstop opp the htl and it was q close to the train station. Staff was helpful

Break fast was v v bad very basic room no tea /coffee maker in the room no wifi

The location is great, just a 5-10min walk down to the lake and right in the centre of town. The rooms were a good size and comfortable, and staff friendly and helpful (particularly Sebastian) and the included breakfasts fresh and tasty. Would recommend.

The hotel is extremely clean, tidy and well kept. The staff are efficient and friendly. It is exceptionally good value for money. I have stayed in other "basic" hotels in Geneva and this one is the best. The bathroom was new and very clean. The beds were comfortable. Furniture/design is basic but well thought out and functional. Window looked out to a treed area behind the hotel, which was lovely.

I felt uncomfortable sleeping with the window open so the room got quite stuffy through the night - no air conditioning - but I know that is standard for cheaper hotels in Europe.

Excellent central location 5 mins walk from the main station, clean comfortable room, helpful staff.

Nice location with affordable price. Will recommend it to my friend if they are going to Geneva.

The carpet and shower are very old style need to be changed.

Room 12, the one I got, and room #11, is right next to dinning room. If you want to sleep after 7 am, ask for an other one.

It was very well situated for arrival by train from the airport. It was close to where our bus tours departed and arrived. Very useful shops were nearby and there was a big choice of restaurants all round us. Extended breakfast hours was useful for our two early starts and two lazy days. Enjoyed the well insulated windows which kept out all noise from the street.

This hotel is very close to the main station and the price is quite reasonable for Geneva standard.

My room had a strange smell. Even though the bed sheet looked clean, my body was itiching all over. Next day I had to ask the cleaning staff to change by sheet and comforter. That night it was bit better but I wasn't perfect. I think the room was infested with animal flee. Breakfast was quite minimal.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. We were stranded due to cancellation of flights (volcanic ash) and they made a great effort to accommodate us with a lovely,clean room on Fri. April 16th 2010 when it was nearly impossible to find a hotel in Geneva.

My room was silent.

That breakfast was cleaned up at 10 am.

Old rooms. Poor equipment in bathroom (no hairdryer). The price of the room is relatively high (but all hotels are expensive in geneva), I would think to have at least an hairdryer!!

Uncomfortable beds, No air conditioning, Small bathroom, breakfast not great, Street noise, Annoying bright blue TV light that remains on when TV is off
